Kagan Structure: Showdown – helping us with our reading comprehension

This week, we are continuing our work on After Tomorrow, by Gillian Cross.  We are refining our Rex Retriever reading skills by challenging each other using the Kagan structure “Showdown”.  This structure means that each of us take turns being the Showdown Captain, and encouraging our team mates to speed up their retrieval skills. Great fun (and great learning too!)
