Year 5 Refugee Songs

This term, Year 5 have been working on songs about displaced people, and written their own lyrics in their Kagan teams.

After learning to sing a traditional Native American piece, they then used the music from this to inspire their own lyrics.  As they have been learning about the refugee crisis, during their IPC topic “Moving People”, they were able to express their feelings about this issue through the lyrics.
