Inspire workshop: writing

Thank you to all the parents who joined us for a creative workshop, looking at speech marks. We began by designing and making 2 finger puppets. Look out for characters from books we love: Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, The Nightjar, I Want My Hat Back, Harry Potter, and many more.

Next we acted out a short conversation between our puppet characters before writing this down, using correct speech punctuation.

We have been working hard on this in class and it was great to share this with parents too.
