Part- whole model

This week has been a busy week. In Maths Year One have been learning about part- whole models and using these to create number sentences. Using our KAGAN: Rally Robin we are now beginning to understand fact families: 3+5 = 8, 5+3=8, 8=5+3, 8=3+5.
