Website Design – with Year 3 in mind!

As part of the second unit in our Teach Computing scheme, Year 6 undertook the challenge of creating websites which would appeal to younger users.

They decided upon creating websites that would teacher children in Year 3 about contrasting climates.  They used Google Sites to build wonderful websites which included a home page, and hyperlinked navigation “breadcrumbs” for the children to follow.  It was tricky stuff, but great fun!
