School Value:

Spring 1: Community

Central to our teaching and learning are the key principles of Kagan Cooperative Learning: Tiverton Academy is proud to be a real reflection of the rich diverse global community of which we are part. There are not outsiders at Tiverton Academy. Children are made to feel valued and respected for their uniqueness, which we celebrate. Our children are part of many communities: class, school, family, local, national, world. We have a shared understanding of the values at Tiverton Academy.

Spring 2: Citizenship

Within the communities that we have children understand their responsibilities to themselves, others and the environment.. Respect is at the core of every Relationship in our school. We use the Golden Rule of treating others how we would like to be treated.
