Our Target Social Skill is…

This half term, Year 4 have chosen Quiet Voices as our Kagan Target Social Skill! It is something the whole class agreed on and have been working hard on,  making sure they have quiet voices in a range of scenarios.

The children used Think Pair Share to talk about when they might need to use a quiet voice for example when we are having a conversation, in the reading corner, when adults are talking and during a fire alarm.

Myself and Miss Tranter model to the children every day what a quiet voice looks like and the children are working on getting their volumes just right!
